What is Direct Primary Care (DPC)?
DPC is a membership model of healthcare. For one low monthly fee, you can have unlimited access to your primary care provider for routine and most urgent care needs.
Monthly Membership Cost by Age:
- 5-29 yrs old - $55, Children (5-17 yrs old) are $35/month if enrolled with a parent member.
- 30-64 yrs old - $70
- 65+ - $85
- Non-member visit fee $200 (includes one office visit with one telehealth follow-up visit; labs not included).
All prices include tax
There is a one-time $50 enrollment fee
