  • Must have 5 employees signed up to qualify for the discounted pricing
  • Employer delegates an account administrator to add/delete employees as needed
  • No long term contracts. Can cancel membership within 30 days.
  • Meet and greet appointments (if desired) at your office to ensure employees understand the benefits
  • Wellness clinics and flu shot clinics* (if desired). This can be scheduled at your office.
  • Provides employees with access to healthcare when they need it.

  • Employer pricing (per person/month) for adults is $55 and $30 for children (20 and under)
  • Compare to Individual pricing (per person/month):
    • Ages 5-29 $55
    • Ages 30-64 $70
    • Ages 65+ $85
